[edit] How to register your site for this event

If you plan to set up an Isabel site for participating you must notify it by email to Juan Quemada <jquemada@dit.upm.es> with copy to the technical coordinators of your region: Bobby Ho <bho@crc.ca> and Carlos Barcenilla <barcenilla@dit.upm.es>. You must also fill the template for your site in this page following these steps:

1. Register a free account at Isabel Plaza if you do not have an account yet, then come back to this page and login to this Wiki
2. Copy the following template to the clipboard
3. Press the [edit] button that is near to the "list of participating sites" section
4. Paste the template from the clipboard in the edit box at the end of the section
5. Replace the fields with your site's details
6. Save the page pressing the "Save page" button

For the testing sessions please connect your Isabel terminal to this MCU: mcu2.dit.upm.es (138.4.24.90)

For the final tests and the event connect your Isabel terminal to this MCU: <not defined yet, please check again during the following days>

To connect to an Isabel session you have to select Applications -> Isabel -> Connect to, and then input the name or IP address of the Isabel MCU.

Once your site has notified the willingness to participate and registered in this page, a technical coordinator will contact you in order to arrange a testing session for your site. Participant sites must have installed and tested their Isabel terminal before February 26th.

For general information about the Isabel application, you can post your queries at the Isabel Plaza Forums. For information related to the organization of this session, please contact the technical coordinator.

The final test for this session will take place on Wednesday February 28th, 2007 from 16:00 to 18:00 UTC. All sites should be present during this test.
