[edit] Conference Agenda

We require to know in advance: the conference agenda , speaker name, affiliation and position, location from which he/she will speak, presentation, in order to prepare a TV script that eases the transitions between floor control type and caption titles. It is very important for us to know what presentation format the speaker will use; if it is a powerpoint, open office, pdf, etc in order to have the software installed on the VNC server. VNC server works in 800x600, so presentations should be tested on that resolution and tested from remote locations to understand the slide dynamics.
